Fitness Training

Hi All

Please reminded that there will be training today:

Time: 7pm sharp

Bring running shoes, boots and WATER....Subs to be paid by today and this week.

Hi Ladies:

Pls bring along your boots as I would like to introduce some contact drills tonight.
